Since all plans are month-to-month, you may cancel your account at any given time. It is the User's responsibility to cancel their account/subscriptions. You may do so by going to App Settings > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and all your data including transactions will be deleted. Your customers and any other parties will no longer be able to view your corresponding links. You CAN NOT reverse this action.
We do not issue prorated refunds, since all Users are eligible to use our solutions as a Free Account before deciding to proceed with a paid plan. If a user does not cancel their account by deleting it or by contacting smb@yalasg.com to request cancelation, we will not issue a refund for non-use. We do not issue refunds for paid plans unless a billing error occurs on our end or we are unable to provide you with the service due to any given reasons from the Company.
